My calcium is at 360 and I have zoanthus. 2 clowns fish, 1 emerald crab and 10 hermits.

What would you recommend to boost my calcium to support zoanthus growth and possible additions of other soft corals?

Thanks for any insight.

A good water change schedule with a high quality salt can increase and maintain all the necessary levels for growth... zoanthids don't need constant calcium monitoring and they don't pull a lot out of the water because they aren't building a calcium carbonate skeleton... You can also get a calcium supplement and slowly dose that....

My tank is small. I resupply it with water changes. If not you could use a supplement (I'm using the Kent brand) and dose that by the instructions (don't over do it). If you are burning through a lot of calcium you could always get an automatic doser.

You can dose calcium using the calcium part of a two part dosing system. Or, like everyone else said, use a salt with higher Ca. Zoas are softies so they don't take in Ca. Good luck!

And check out CaribSea Purple up or their "Coral up and Coral up B (2 part)". I've used purple up for years and found it to be a great additive for a set up like yours. And yes this is in addition to a bi-weekly 10% water change.
