Low flow PF-800 overflow box

I have a 90 gallon with 20 gallon long triton sump/fuge. I’m running a syncra silent 3.0 return pump with a PF-800 overflow box. I feel like I am not getting enough water flow and have to run my pump at the lowest setting (or I’ll run my sump dry). Any suggestions???? Add another overflow box ?

If you’re not happy with the lower flow, I would definitely go with a second or maybe a bigger overflow. I’ll be putting two overflows on my 125 to cover enough water flow and to have additional surface skimming. Good luck with your decision

If you turn off your pump how much room is left in the sump for water? If there's enough room you can add more water and turn up the pump

Not enough. I was only able to fit a 20 gallon long tank in the stand. I could add a little more but it would worry me if I had a power failure or to turn the pump off.
