Low Iron (starphire) glass - is it worth it?

Yes, yes, yes, it is worth it. I use a Flipper, and I am meticulous about not moving it with grains of sand under it. By being careful like that, I have zero scratches.
I like getting my hands in the tank so I will probably use a razor.

Seriously.

What camera are you using? I have a Lumix GX9 and I'm hoping it will do good under LEDs.
I use my phone I have been debating getting an actual camera I just have no experience or extra cash to learn, it's a hobby itself and I've never had any cameras, my first one was on a phone.....

So far the phone has done ok but I'll probably be getting into the camera game soon enough

For sure another serious hobby. I'm sticking to a small form factor type camera (a street camera) to keep costs down.
