Hi. I have a question about brown algae and KH. I have the Nuvo 10 aquarium and I have a big problem with brown algae and low KH.
Aquarium is 4 month old. There are 2 small fish and some corals.
Some weeks ago we wanted to clean the back glass in aquarium because of a lot of brown algae. Maybe it wasn´t the best idea. Some pieces of algae settled on stones. Now There is brown algae everywhere. And unfortunately bubbles also started to grow.
Numbers and photos added.

What shall I do with it?
I started to use Start Up set from Prodibio but is doen´t work. Maybe it is worse with it.
I read some titles about bacteria but I don´t know what type is good for effect solution.

Thank you for your answer.

FLUX RX, and what your CAL doing? My tanks eats ALK like crazy, and that raises CAL (chemistry is a sea-saw). might be time to dose (there are plenty of 2-parts out there where you a cap full).

Please can you explain it without abbreviated words? Sorry, but I am not a native speaker so I don´t understand you. :)Thanks.
Algae:
FLUX RX is a medication that is reef safe and very effective. it works on many bad algae, bubble, brown, turf, even Dino and red slime etc. may need to extend treatment (2+ weeks) and double the dose.
Low KH:
LPS, softies, and leathers use ALK faster than CAL. As ALK lowers, CAL increases. as ALK increases, CAL decreases. MAG is independent, but need to be set first. change nothing more that 10% a day.
measure Mag, dose to 1300-1500.
Measure CAL and ALK. dose both. You have a small tank so get the two bottles. If ALK is low, 2 caps ALK, 1 cap CAL. test every two days. adjust as you see things change.

FLUX RX - understand. I´m from the Czech republic and it is impossible to buy it here but I try to buy it in Poland. What about mg? For my 10 L NUVO - 2000 m is ok?
ALK - CAL, increase, decrease - understand, too.
And MAG? I have to measure calcium and magnesium in water, am I right? So I need a tester for it. Do you a type, please?
Caps - CAL - MAG - If I understand well, I need to use other products for add these minerals into the water. Which one? We have some products in our trade but I don´t know what is effective.
I´m sorry for many questions but it is my first sea aquarium, so I am a total beginner and in my country is a little bit difficult to take good informations.
Thank you so much for your communication and help!

There are some products for ALK, CA, MAG in our market.
Is there anything I can use for it?

Thanks!

do a 10-20% water change with rodi water
Test Salifert, Red Sea test kits, do not use api.
SALINITY 1.026 (35) refractometer
Cal, 400-500
Alk, >8
mag 1300-1400
Red Sea ABC kit from website easy to dose,
May need to dose 2 caps Alk to 1 cap Cal or bring up. Wait for mag to go down.
you are good, need to keep reading the same, and slow changes

Hi! Thank you so much for your help and answer! I will buy all products and try to make some changes with it. I will tell you news.
Thanks for youtube types.

New tank going through uglies , I don’t think there’s anything to worry about , let algae cycle just try to keep nitrate 5-10 ppm so you don’t get the dreaded Dino’s and as already stated slowly increase KH to 7-11

You say KH is low, but what value?

It can be easily raised with sodium bicarbonate or sodium carbonate.

I personally would not use a chemical treatment to try to reduce algae.
