Low Light Encrusting Corals

This is growing between the pieces of rockwork! I wish I had more space on the glass for more leptos. I was just checking out this tile in my frag tank which has managed to encrust all the way around.

While this piece is on my rockwork it would also do well encrusting to the glass. Stylocoeniella : Seems to be packing a decent sting as it's damaging the chalice above it. You can also see I have other chalices, cyphastreas ect in the shadows.

If you want some height in lower light places, branching cyphastrea is a good choice but in my experience it grows very slow.

Like a few members mentioned already, Cyphastrea, Leptoseris, Stylos are good choices. Here is a picture of my cyphaestras, also you can notice the burning banana. They are in shadows or low light areas.

Hi @Robinson is this a cyphastrea?

Love this tank

+1 Lepto - I literally have them growing under my monti cap.

Cyphs are also great, i just haven't had success with them. Always bleach out. Probably have them too much light even tho I already put them in shadows or on side rock walls.
