Low on Iodine Manganese and Vanadium

Got the results from my ATI ICP test and tested low in these categories. Any suggested products or suggestions to dose and get them back up?

Specifically:

Tested Suggested
Iodine 19.57ug/l - 53.33
Manganese 0ug/l - .82
Vanadium 0ug/l - 1.23
