This morning I got an alarm from Apex stating that my ORP is too low. Not sure what transpired between yesterday night and this morning. What should I do?

yes, I am worried. Should I do a 5-10 percent water change?
Dude that’s a tough call. I personally believe a 10% water change is always a good thing.

are you sure it’s not your apex? There is no way your salinity levels are right. You basically have fresh water f that probe is accurate. I would start with recalibrating your salinity probe

First check SG with another means, like hydrometer. Have heard apex SG probes have issues.
I dont monitor orp but a small drop like that is not a concern imo.
Also it should higher like 350+ I think without checking.
I dont do water changes but it cant hurt.
I would adjust the SG by adding some salt water and let it evaporate back to its current level.
If you tank looks good and has no issues that where I would start.

Unless you replaced 95% of your tank water with fresh there’s something wrong with the salinity probe. As to ORP, it’s best just ignored. Plus a drop of 8 is immaterial, mine moves around during the day .... and I just ignore it.

Wait, you don't do water changes? are you using trace elements or something? Yes it was my probe the reading is now salt: 34; ORP 185, PH 7.85 and Temp 78. I still have to get that ORP up as well as my PH... purchased salt and will add to the tank tomorrow.

Please explain how you don't do water changes.

Dude, you don’t have his level of experience... or equipment! Keep doing your water changes!

You can read up on the method I use by searching Glenn Fong.
