I have a 125 reef mix sps and lps and while all the corals show amazing colors they have not been growing like i would want. I finally ponied up the cash and bought the SQ-520 full spectrum LED Par sensor and my lights are way low on par around 150ish average. im running my blues at 100% and whites at 20%. My question is how fast can i ramp up my whites to get the par i need without killing the corals? I was going to increase 5% every week and dont know if that would be too fast

sounds good thank you Ill give that a go Im using 2 of the arctic T-274 LEDs. they are an upgraded version of the Chinese black boxes.

Tank looks great!!
Just remember, LED's can have a pretty serious punch. Adjust slowly and definitely stop wherever your corals seem happiest
