There are no chemicals of which I am aware that you can dose to raise your pH that will not also raise carbonate alkalinity. Baking soda will actually lower your pH very slightly, and will raise alkalinity to potentially undesirable levels. Sodium carbonate (soda ash), calcium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide will all raise pH, but the effect is only temporary, and again, you're increasing your carbonate alkalinity by dosing these chemicals.
The only reliable way to control pH in a reef tank is to control how much CO2 there is dissolved in the tank. Either open a window to allow fresh air into the home, or use a CO2 scrubber on your skimmer's air intake to remove some of the CO2 from the air that comes in contact with your tank water.
