Low Phosphate and Nitrate - Dosing needed?

@Randy Holmes-Farley , I've got a thread going in the Algae forum, and would greatly appreciate your feedback on it. Seems what I thought was an algae issue might actually be a Phosphate and Nitrate issue.

I commented there. I would not be convinced that dosing will reduce cyano.
