Low salinity

Just got my ICP back and Salinity at 31ppt. Want to get it to 33-36ppt. Anyone know how much salt to add to RO to increase it?
Tanks 450 litres.

Note to all - Calibration is key!!
My Hanna checker was 4ppt out. Calibrated it in their solution and now it reads exactly as ICP results of 31.0ppt

I think you know this already, but 31ppt isn't going to be harmful to the tank. Getting to 35ppt too quickly will be!

Therefore, I would do it super super slowly. I would add just a bit of salt to my RO topoff (I can do the math if you have a particular time frame, but as a general idea, possibly a top off of 1.010) and let the salinity creep up over a week or two. The time frame will depend on your top off rate.

You could also add salt water above the level of your ato, that will add salt slowly.
