Low tech stocking

I have been torn between doing a dsr reef (No skimmer no sump no wc yes dosing) or a ultra low tech reef (no skimmer probably no sump wc once every 2 weeks and no dosing) I’m leaning towards the low tech because I’m only doing soft coral and Macroalgae, I also want a large amount of copeopods so I could build a 5 gallon bucket fuge idk how much I’d have to understock it but I probably want a clown pair, I was thinking ocellaris or clarkii and a lawnmower blenny and a dragonet and some various other fishes
