My return section in my sump ran dry while I was on vacation which in turn stopped flow into the Refugium. The temp dropped to about 71.7 degrees for about 6-8 hrs. I have dragons breadth and chaeto algae in there. The dragons breadth looks a bit pale - chaeto looks ok I think. I still see pods scurrying around - so I think I may be ok. Does anyone know how tolerate macro algaes are to low temps? Miraculously my return pump did not burn out during this time and was operational.

It should be fine... As long as the dragons breath isn't deteriorating it should be able to bounce back

Should be fine.. I run my tank at about 73 degrees for my seahorses in which my tank is loaded with different macro algae.. Should be fine
