Figuring out the hobby one coral at a time.
I have a couple acros that are exposed all the time with my lights on during a WC, doesn't hurt them one bit.
Of course I do not run MH, but an 8 bulb ATI powermodule putting out about 1500 par at the surface.

It’s growth is now limited by the surface . So it’s flat on top! But the tips stay alive. I’m not liking its architecture as much as when it was smaller and I’ll chop it down at some point.
