Lower-end salinity (1.017) tank inhabitants

Hello, looking for some recommendations on fish, inverts and other tank inhabitants that have been kept at the higher end of brackish levels (1.017/22ppt)/ low end SW levels.

I have 2 Diamondback Terrapins in what will be a macro algae tank.

In truth most salt water fish would live at that level... Hypo salinity is regularly used for disease control and it's done at a lower level than this.

Damsels would be a good bet and they are quick and cheap... You might not want to invest big $$$ in fish as they could end up as snacks for the terrapins.

You could also stick to more "normal" brackish water fish too like archer fish, pufferfish, dwarf rainbow fish and scats.
