Lowering tds on rodi unit

I have an aquafx baracuda 4 stage unit. I am running an add on chloramine blaster. Filters were just changed. I have 55 psi on inlet to membrane. My tds is at 40. Dont know how much my city water is. How can i lower the tds. I am using more reef foundation B with my water versus lfs water.

My city water is 40-45 tds and I use Expresswaters 5 stage RO with two DI cartridges. My tds before the DIs is 1 but phosphate level is still 0.07-0.08. After I added the DIs it dropped to 0.015-0.020.
