Lowest phosphate pellet/flake food?

I have been using a crazy mix of like 10 different pellets in 1 auto feeder and then feeding Xtreem krill flakes in the other auto feeder to my 180g aquarium.

Is there a low phosphate pellet and flake I can switch too? I have been battling phosphates for a little while now and dont want to starve my fish but I am going to cut back a bit i think.

Any other way to reduce phosphate, like frozen food or media?

I am using rowaphos right now but just trying to figure out a way to need to use less long term but a short term fix im fine with the qty im using.
