Every time that I run my skimmer for an extended period of time, my frog spawn and torches retract to where you can see skeleton. But my Acans and blasto’s look like their thriving.
Does this happen to anyone else ??

I’ll run some water tests later this evening But it’s like clockwork .

Never had this happen before directly related to the skimmer of the skimming process skimmer does pull nutrients from the tank that some of the corals would feed off of but I wouldn't imagine to the states where it directly affects a coral

Get pictures of where these creatures come from and it will be come clear (or not) sic. :P

what does extended period mean here? A day? A week? Several months?

Depending on that, it could be anything from stray voltage to you starving them.

Alk? Po4? NO3?
