I posted this in the LPS section, but actually think this should be here as a beginner’s question…

(I can’t figure out how to delete the other thread)

Does anyone have a good resource for information/education on LPS care?

I’ve found a ton of very general information on this site and other sites, and I’ve also found very specific individual species information.

But I’d love to find a resource that gives a birds-eye view and works down.
- overview of families and species
- similarities in care of families and species
- what makes one family or species easier or more difficult
- interactions between species (so I know which corals to place near each other and which ones to keep apart)
- etc.

I definitely am not expecting anyone to answer all those questions in this thread… I’m looking for links, videos, books, etc.

Thanks for any recommendations!

Generally speaking, try to separate different LPS species. And while similar species can sometimes co-exist next to each other - sometimes they don't like this, either. I've found torches and flowerpots are pretty tolerant of each other, but hammers - not so much.
