I have a few acans and a hammer and anemones and I feed my anemones shrimp and scallops and I just read that you can feed acans and some lps corals small pieces of shrimp so can I feed these corals shrimp when I feed my anemones so that I'm not polluting the water with liquid stuff and if so how much do you give them how big of a piece because I only give the anemones a little tiny piece so how big of a piece would you give them and can they eat scallops to because it said that lps corals can eat meaty food?

I would give them very small pieces, maybe the size of a pencil eraser at largest.

Ok so all of these types of corals can eat shrimp and scallops

Use a turkey baster, fill with some Mysis Shrimp, and target feed those corals.

The Hammer might be a little reluctant to feed, but the Acans shouldn't be a problem. Small pieces, about 3/16" in diameter. Don't OVERfeed either. Once every 2 weeks should be fine just as long as the lighting is sufficient. GL.

Btw, you could also try NLS pellets or something similar.

I have the pellets to but I don't know how many to feed them and I just thought that it would be easier to feed the shrimp when I feed the anemones in the tank that's all but will the hammer eat the pellets and if so how many do you feed them

I have a Kessel 360we light on the tank and it's a 30 gallon tank
