LPS I believe?

I just went online and searched Caribbean rose coral and some very similar photos came up. Looks like we may have a winner, but here's a video of it just to make sure.

Please ignore where the camera strayed off the coral...something crawlin on my hand freaked me out...thankfully it was just a hermit crab I didn't see hanging out on the rock.

Its a plate like fungia. There's different versions of them other then the normal Ines you see. Some grow babies and drop them. That's what it looks like its doing. At least that's what I think.

After a little more research I'm almost 100% sure it's a Caribbean rose coral...so that brings me to ask does this make it a brain and if so what species, ect.

Yes, it is a rose coral.

Also, a link straight to the video: Unidentified coral - YouTube

Thank you for the help ID'ing this fella. I feel pretty confident we have proven it most likely to be a Rosé coral, Manicina areolata. I guess time will prove of we're correct or not because I do not plan on getting rid of this hitch hiker unless someone out there is just dying for it.

lol. And they're really hardy, as well - I mean heck, it withstood being completely out of water and shipped to your LFS, then taken home by you out of water again, and it's still kickin'. :)
