It's a Christmas Favia.

Welcome. :-)

No anemone present, just a large polyp stony coral/LPS.

Thank you..I'm sorry I don't know why I posted anemone. How long does it take for frags to grow

If you water chemistry is stable, specifically calcium, alkalinity and magnesium they grow faster, also target feed them. Not a really fast grower in my experience but definitely grow faster if feed routinely. Don't blast it with light and mod flow.

Sometimes you have to train the coral to eat but once it becomes routine they will take pellets, or thawed frozen fish food.

You introduce some food to the tank, allow the coral to show a feeding response (google lps feeding response images), the coral opens up. Ten to twenty minutes after the initial food introduction, turn off the pumps (REMEMBER TO TURN THEM BACK ON, when done) take a turkey baster and put food directly on the coral. If shrimp or hermits are being pest and steeling the food, take a liter soda bottle cut in half and place over coral to allow it time to eat, this also reduces amount of food introduced to the tank. :-)

Ok I feed it blood worms with a medicine syringe..it ate like a champ. Thank you.

My pleasure. :)
