here it is, it's grown several heads since I've got it.
 
I have a frogspawn though and it looks way different, there's like four heads on this, my frogspawn a kind of blurry in the foreground.

Yes there are multiple types. I am having a hard time telling the difference between one of my frogspawn and my octos. It looks more like the octos then the other frogs. I get so confused.
 
It's a frogspawn. Yaeyamaensis is usually referred to as octospawn. The tentacles fatter and have many more spots than frogspawn. Frogspawn looks different under different conditions. Some have colored tentacles and opaque spots. Others just the opposite. As it grows and good water conditions more spots will show up. It only looks like one head. Do not confuse tentacles with polyp heads.

I know it has multiple heads, I've lifted it up and looked. Cool to know there are multiple types of frogspawns. My plain frogspawn is one head.
