LPS Parasite?

I think my Duncan and hammerhead have a parasite, let me know what you think. One is right by the mouth of the Duncan and a little higher, the one on the hammer is right my the tip. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks in advance.

The first picture (hammer coral) looks like it could be a Waminoa sp. (pumpkin flatworm) are you able to remove it?

Yes, they dont eat coral, but they can smother it to death if their numbers get too great.
