Do LPS corals grow in a good environment as fast as SPS corals grow?
I have seen LPS corals just will be live in a tank and after for example 1 year they start to die off.

Yes they can, some LPS will grow like wild fire but some LPS are very slow growers.

Depends on the LPS. Duncans when feed can really take off, much faster then sps. Where the Trachyphyllia/Brain have always been a slow grower for me.

It's my experience that occasionally, my tank will hit what they call that sweet spot/dialed in, and I will get some decent growth.

Sps can be painfully flow growers, it's my opinion that most LPS grow a bit faster.

Depends on the species. I have had LPS grow like nuts once happy and established, and some grow horribly slowly. I agree, the slower growers are your trachys, maze brains, fungia types. Hammer, frogspawn, chalices grow faster.

Ok
But the problem is that the skimmer and other filtering things just clear the water and does not let the water be dirty.
What do you advise?

That's why mixed reefs are very difficult and it is suggested to stick with corals that have similar needs.

My reefs are not mixed ive just LPS.
But the water is always clear

LOL
I thought that they mean the clarity of water.
So you mean SPS dont have any phosphate and nitrate in the tank?

I always target feed my lps when I feed the rest of the tank.

Do not over feed, or you'll end up with algae issues. I use a turkey baster and I physically squirt a mix of frozen, dry, pellets and Sponge Power over the coral. Inverts such as hermits and shrimp can steal food so I do not stock hermits, just a couple shrimp.
