Today I at the lps I seen this snail type thing but it didn't have a shell just a shield like patch on its back. Does anyone have a clue what it is? It was tan colored. More like a slug with a shield.

Stomatella Snail, great little snail and good addition to any Clean Up Crew.

Cheers, Todd

Stomatellas are insanely good cleaners..whats funny about stomatellas is that they have a defense similar to gockos/lizards..they can actually have the rear part of their body pulled off, and be perfectly fine; it grows back..
