That blend is held together with a mild gel binder and ground finer that our standard blends. Don't thaw it too much before adding to the tank, and try not to agitate it because it breaks up easy. It is a great food to "Just Stick It" to the side of the glass. Like this....

#4 - Want to see fish go nuts at feeding time? Just come to my place and watch when I feed LRS Reef Frenzy... They love it! There's something for everyone in there! I see a great response from not only the fish, but also the corals and filter feeders in the tank. It's good stuff - I recommend it all the time!
