First episode is great to hear Larry's beginning and Mark's who both emphasize the basic message of do what you love. Who knew making your own food and kindly sharing with with your LFS would lead to LRS!

4th post, I like LRS food because of how versatile it is in the tank. By that I mean that I can feed all my fish and corals at the same time generally =)

I love the fact that the food is a better quality and probably as close to live food as I can get. There are also lots of varieties to meet specific feeding needs.

listened to episode 9 and was impressed that he was challenged to produce this food and took the time to do research in order to come up with a food that is sought after. I know I often have a hard time finding it! And when I do, I buy it and put it in my freezer, my fish food basket <g>
