Is it ok to feed my corals just LRS Reef Frenzy? I have several Zoa colonies, a blasto, Lobo, Duncan, Ricordea mushroom, GSP, Hammers, & a Candy cane.

I typically just feed heavy with LRS my fish poop n pee and that’s what feeds the corals haha.

I did notice that when I started feeding Lrs my acros started giving out crazy Polyp extension shortly after.

Yes, I feed it to my fish but some find it’s way to the corals. My duncan loves it and has a great feeding response.

What I'm wondering is if that is sufficient or should I be feeding the corals more than just LRS? Is that enough for all the different species that I have to promote growth, health and color? I spot feed this to the corals twice a week.

It's good for everything. Specific coral foods can really spike nitrates.

I would recommend reef energy AB+ amino acids.
