LTA stuck in power head guard

I just got home from a long day of work to my long tentacle nem stuck in my Nero 3 guard nothing looks to be closed up or angry in the tank but my water is definitely cloudy

What do I do about the nem (see attached) the foot seems intact however a few lose tentacle tips are floating around

What do I do about the water

Run some fresh carbon, leave nem to crawl out itself...

Haven’t been running carbon on this system and I don’t have a bag so I’m using a zip tied filter sock hope that’ll day just fine
