My lta tentacles are hard and stiff. When i touch it, it's still sticky and it eats. water is okay and i do water changes everyday.

If they are still sticky and it eats, then I would not worry about it as long as the mouth is not gaping

You know how it's usually soft and its flowing. Mine is stiff.

maybe it is just holding a lit of water in it's tentacles for some strange reason... when I bought my nem, it would not release the water it was holing for a day or two.. once it did, it now inflates and deflates all the time when it wants to... Not sure why it would be doing so.. sorry I could not help you out.
