A few days ago. My tank cracked and totally destroyed. Very scary intense moment. Luckyily I had 2 spare pumps and a extra 30gal...We hurriedly put all the live rock and living fish ect. Into 5 gallon buckets with extra water I had. I ran to the beach and got a bunch of live sand (I had to do something!!) Then I got brand new salt water from my next door neighbor. Convenience I know. Well in a last attempt to save the tank we transphered everything over to the just literally not cycled tank and well....Nothing died...Everything flourished actually...The light got ruined In the tank shattering...But my neighbor Gave us a Orbit IC LED Light + eFlux 660g wave pump -with multiple wave modes (blue tooth comparable )
LOOP light controller, light manifulold (hub), wave pump hub, wireless remote control, control with RGBW adjustment. and a remote infrared sensor.

just a carpet anemone.
Pencil urchin
blue dwarf hermits
a blenny
1 Sargent major
some snails
2 tube anemones
and my beloved random hitch hiking clam things

Is this light okay for a 30 gal? BTW Tested water.. Everything was just fine! Salinity was a tad off but we fixed that by topping off with RO . I like the live sand. Full off little critters the blenny and tube anemones love to eat.

Your carpet anemone should be a good indicator of the light's efficiency, but I would suspect it would be sufficient for your tank. Glad to hear everything worked out well and no losses were suffered. Your neighbor was a Godsend and deserves dinner and drinks Continued success and happy reefing!

How do I bring down salinity and nitrates???!! Have a crap ton of nitrates and have NO idea what to do.. My boss said 50℅= 1/2 nitrate removal... But there's no way on hell I'm doing more then a 50℅ change

What are salinity and nitrates reading currently?
A larger water change or several smaller water changes and dosing Seachum's Prime can offer immediate help with Nitrates. Most likely the spike is due to the sand collected at the beach. Dosing a nitrifying bacteria to help that breakdown process along with regular water changes would be beneficial longterm too for stability. Salinity should be lowered slowly through adding RODI water or water changes.

Glad everything is still alive. I would suggest doing several smaller water changes over the course of the next several days to lower salinity a bit and resolve the high nitrates. I suspect everything will continue to do fine with this. Good luck.
