Lugol's Iodine

I did a search and could not find the answer I am looking for. I am looking at ordering a bottle of Lugol's Iodine and saw that there are various strengths(2% 5% 7%). I am looking for what percent that I would need to order and the proper dosing to use to dip my zoa/palys in. With the Kent I was adding 4 drops per specimen cup and soaking for 5-10 minutes when new or just not looking good. Seems I could order a larger bottle for about the same price that has a generic brand on it.

Lugols solution is controlled because its used to make meth. If its not labeled for aquarium use then its going to be 2%. This is one of those things you should buy a big name brand bottle of the good stuff. Before some idiots ends up getting it controlled.
