After a series of misadventures with my previous 75 gallon tank, and buying a used tank that turned out to be a poor decision, I decided to bite the bullet and just buy a waterbox. Unfortunately it showed up with a misdrilled cabinet end. So I have a tank sitting on my floor and a 3/4 assembled cabinet. I will say waterbox's customer service is quick to respond.

Looks great
, can wait to see how this goes

Ha! Same here, 7725 arrived 2 weeks ago and the same end panel was wrongly drilled. Some holes fitted but many did not. Also waiting for the new panel :). Looks like a whole batch went wrong. Indeed, great customer service.

Not sure if I feel bad for the other people in my situation or happy to know I'm not the only one haha.

Well did you receive a panel that worked? My replacement is messed up exactly the same as the first one. A little disappointing they shipped the panel separately they could have atleast checked it.

Can you share a photo? I feel like when I assembled mine I had a panel that didn't seem right and turned out I put one of them in backwards earlier.

Oh theyre definitely drilled wrong. The number of fasteners across top and bottom is 5 vs 6 none line up. The 2 pins close together that meet the 1x4 rails are only on one side as well.

Interesting your model has extra wooden dowels in it mine didn't. Is that 4 wooden dowels on that side?

Yep and no surprise they don't belong. Almost none of the fasteners or dowels actually line up with a hole. I'm not sure if they used the wrong jig at the factory or what, but it comes from China so im guessing if they're all that way im waiting for another shipment.

I received it yesterday but haven’t tried yet because my tank was mounted and I need three strong guys to move it.

This is the new panel that arrived. Does this one look right to you?

Might want to compare the holes. They asked for a lot number this time so im guessing its the whole lot thats wrong.

I am afraid you got the wrong one again.

did you also receive that panel as a package with all 8 doors as well? Now I have backup door for when my kids destroy them.

I also have a 7225 in March. The nightmare for me was: the first 2 shipments, all the sump and ATO units inside the crate broke!, the display tanks were all scratched up to hell. I had to request replacement twice and change delivery carrier on the third shipment to get a perfect display and sump. Good Luck with your build.
