No this light isn't capable of using the wifi control. The remote comes with a wifi button because that remote works on a bigger Lumini light that does utilize the wifi function. You'll only be able to use the IR control with the remote.So my husband just gave me this light as a Christmas present for my 7 gal. You are supposed to be able to control it with your phone but the instructions it came with are useless as well as their website. Can anyone walk me through how to use this light?
That light is perfect for that tank size. I would keep all channels at 100% though. Even at 100% the PUR(photosynthetic usable radiation) is only 70%.
Unfortunately, I cannot. You can try taking it apart and seeing if there is something loose? Otherwise you can maybe return it or cut your loses.

Which lens do you have on it?? The more focused lens or the 60 deg lens is worthless. The way the chip-on-board(COB or "dense" matrix) led has the white and blue channel on separate sides. So, when the light is on you only see half your illuminated diameter appearing 6500k and the other half is illuminated blues/actinic. Use the flat glass lens or 180 deg.
