So I have a crappy Petco Gourami (won't be making that mistake again) who I've had for a year. This freshwater tank is about over a year old and has a mixture of fish I've had for a year and fish that are 4+ years old (I upgraded in tank size). The other day, she/he turned up with these lumps. I've also been trying to deal with the fin rot by water changes, but no luck so far. I obviously immediately water changed. I know that the Gouramis have notoriously poor health but I am wondering if anyone had any suggestions for treatments? Any antibiotics that people could suggest?
My current water parameters:
pH: 7.2ish
Ammonia: 0
Nitrates: 20
