Lunar on Radions?

I have Gen 2 XR30 Radions, is there a way that I can put a lunar setting on? Or do I have to go the LSM and Neptune LED lights for a lunar mode.

Just set the blues to 5%. But i personally use the lsm mainly to keep my radions from running long hours. Or cheap blue led of amazon plugged into the eb8
