Does anybody have any experience with these guys? Did a search and couldn't find any threads. Especially curious as to why they are considered not reefsafe. Also curious in general why some hogfish are considered reef safe and others are not. Thanks!

I don’t have personal experience with them, but according to google they are considered reef safe with caution due to the fact they won’t eat corals, but will probably go after clean up crew like shrimp and snails. They also flip rocks so could overturn corals when excavating. They may also pick on smaller fish.

Thanks! Do you still have the link? I couldn't find anything like this.
