Are you talking about that white area halfway down the side? I'm not 100% sure what I'm looking at
If it looks like a blister then I'd be inclined to lean towards a wound/bacterial infection.
The recommended protocol would be to treat with the "trifecta" which would be kanaplex, metroplex, and furan-2. If it looks bad in person then a bath in acriflavine, namely Ruby Reef Rally, might be a good idea. It's an antiseptic with antibiotic properties. I've never used it, as I have acriflavine-ms (near impossible to find these days), but @Big G swears by it. If the other fish aren't symptomatic then a bath shouldn't be necessary for them. I would, however, keep them in the qt for antibiotic treatment since they've been exposed.
Is there currently any meds in the qt? Copper, prazi, etc? Antibiotics with other meds, but ESPECIALLY prazipro, can cause bacterial blooms- cloudy water which can deplete oxygen.
Here's Humblefish's writeup

Thanks. Yes coppersafe is in there.
I had to use kanaplex with coppersafe a few weeks ago and would have a bacterial bloom every time I dosed. It would clear up just in time for the next. I added a few airstones to the 2 hob filters and powerhead that was already in there.
How long have you had the anthias and how long has it been in copper?
Do you by chance have, or have room for, another qt? If you've been treating with copper for a while you can transfer that fish to a clean qt and treat it alone with antibiotics.
I’ve been watching the link on the Hanna checker. So much easier!!
The thing is stupid accurate. @HotRocks has been trying to get it to fail and can't. He definitely hit a home run with that find
