Hey all, newcomer to the forum. Tank has been up and running for 4 months. Have a clownfish that has a new growth on her chin that I'm not sure about. She's had it for about a week now, seen her scratching it once but other than that it doesn't seem to be a bother. Also doesn't appear to be spreading. Only recent change was adding a new fish, a starry blenny, only other tankmates are her companion, some inverts, a helfrichi, and 2 feather dusters - no corals yet.

The growth appears to have increased in size slightly over the past week. Sorry for the bad photo quality, I'll try to get a better shot of it tonight. It's a white fungus-y type growth in 1 spot on her chin. No other symptoms I can detect.

100g display, 0.02 phosphate, undetectable nitrates if that matters.

Thanks!

Bacterial infection would be my suspect. Do you have a quarantine tank setup where you can run medications?
