Hi all my percula clown has these weird white lumps on him..
I'm pretty sure it's Lymphocystis.

Here's another thing. My skunk Clown has what looks like HLLE
Can you guys please help.

Phosphates not known but I have allot of hair algea
Nitrate 0.5

I do have 12V of stray voltage and the skunk Clown bullies the percula clown.. does this info help??
Regards

It does look like your percula has a case of Lymphocystis - with good care, it should fade on its own.

I don't think I've ever seen HLLE in a clownfish - but what your skunk's got going on could be it. If you can locate the source of that stray voltage, it might help - and again, good water and high-quality food with vitamin supplementation should help. (@Humblefish, have you ever seen HLLE in a clown?)

Yeah.. I'm gonna feed the percula well and treat him well.
For the skunk I'm not sure what to do.. never seen it in clownfish but there's always a first??

IME; it's very unusual to see Lympho or HLLE on a clownfish. Are you running carbon? If so, what kind? What are you feeding your fish? Have you tested for stray voltage?

No carbon. Feeding hikari marine-s and there is stray voltage about 12V that I'm fixing tomorrow

I’ve seen lymph a couple times on my own clowns, but agree it’s not common. I’m pretty sure I also see ich on your percula Clown. I’ve never seen HLLE in any clowns at all so that’s perplexing. Makes me wonder if it’s not something else.

Any other diagnosis if it isn't HLLE?
About the possible ich in the clown. The ich isn't on any of the other fish and it isn't disappearing or spreading. This makes me wonder since ich has a life cycle of about 3-4 days?. And the fish have been in the tank for about 5 weeks without any sign of ich. There's been no new additions so how would the ich appear

If it’s not dropping off the fish in 5 days or less it probably isn’t ich. I truthfully don’t know what else it could be if not lymph, but flukes or bullying kind be a factor for the fins.

@4FordFamily thanks man! Yeah. They are bite marks on the back of the percula fin..

Concerning the skunk Clown.. is there any other possibilities it could be besides HLLE? Although it seems like it.. and if the skunk has HLLE why don't the chromis or the percula have it?

Hexamita is my only other guess, which is an internal parasite. It should be having white stringy poo as well if this is the case.
