Lymphocystis on cowfish?

Hey everyone, I wanted to know if anyone could ID this. I just noticed this white spot on my helmet cowfish/boxfish.

These are the best pictures I could get, he’s eating well and swimming around like normal and no other fish have signs of disease. TIA

Could just be a bump. It seems to be too large to be ich and is in the wrong location for lymphocystis.

Why would he just have a random bump, it wasn’t there yesterday.

Why would he just have a random bump, it wasn’t there yesterday.

It could have just bumped into something, cowfish are pretty clumsy. It may not be a bump, but it also isn’t any of the common infectious diseases.
