Lymphocystis on YWG?

Hi all,
My YWG had a white lump on its eye and on the back for several weeks now. It looks healthy otherwise and the lump by the eye regressed mostly.
Do you think is lymphocystis?
Should I do something in particular?

Tough to see, but it isn't protruding much, and isn't on a fin, so unlikely to by Lymphocystis. Any other symptoms? Is the fish still eating well? Is the spot growing in size? These gobies are prone to bacterial skin infections.

No other symptomps. It started overnight and now has been a while. Initially I thought was a scratch, but now looks like a white round blister.

That doesn't seem like Lymphocystis then. Most likely an external bacterial infection. Some of these are self-limiting and will just run their course, but in other cases, the lesion grows larger and you need to move the fish to a treatment tank and dose with a broad spectrum gram negative antibiotic. I'm not sure what medications you have access to in Germany though.
