Lymphocystis or Ich

Hi all,

I picked up this handsome copperband butterflyfish at my LFS a few days ago. I've treated for flukes and he's currently in chelated copper in my quarantine. I'm happy to report he's eating very well. There's persistent little white markings on his outer fins though, is these ich or lymphocystis?
