Lymphosystis :(

I just found out my Coral Beauty Angelfish has lymphocystis. There is no immediate cure from what I hear, but are there any ways to speed up the remission of the virus?
I am also having a hard time getting him out of my display tank. I am afraid it will spread to it's tank mates. Should I be concerned?

My CB is in QT and will move to display when she shows no signs of lymph. I QT mine due to not sure if it is combo of lymp/ich or something else.

I heard about taking the fish out of the tank and manually picking off the bits of lympho. Can someone back me up on this?

Doesn’t work most the time, is tried to remove some of the larger ones that appeared to be hanging off, they don’t wipe off like you would expect. Cause more stress then it’s worth.
