I got a red sea reefer 350 for Christmas and transferred all my livestock over last night. My female lyretail angel wedged herself in-between some rocks and I had a hard time getting him out and these marks might be from that but I'm not sure. In all honesty I let my old tank go to crap and the walls were covered in film algae so I really hadn't gotten a good look at her recently. The pics are crappy it's so hard because she doesn't stop moving. She's eating and seems ok for the time being and no other fish are showing any signs of problems. What do you guys think ? Marks are only on the one side.

I agree with crab and humble here. That's most likely damage. Keep a close eye on it and watch for it spreading and/or changing color (even just a bit pink)
