I picked up 3 Lyretail Anthia two days ago, 1 male and 2 females. The 2 females are very active and eating well. The male has been hiding since going in the QT. He sits on bottom tucked under a PVC elbow. He isn't breathing heavy and doesn't look distressed, looks completely healthy and is fat. I can't get him to eat. Is he shy or should I be worried?

I wouldn't worry yet. Males have a harder time in transport than females. This is fairly normal.

Big change!!! Overnight one of the females turned into a male or sub male. I think because the male was hiding so much. Now neither of them will eat. They both are hiding and come out to fight, then go hide again. No eating at all

Usually if it is only ne eye it is from a sxratch or other damage. In most cases it goes away on it's own in a few days to weeks. If it persists, then putting it in a hospital tank and treating with antibiotics may be necessary.
