Lyretail Antias transitioning or sick?

I have a trio (male, 2x females) in Qt now, on the second round of prazi, and one of the females is pretty beat up. Is this female transitioning, or is this some kind of bacterial infection? I think it is being picked on, possibly because transitioning. What can I do?

The sick one is in a box to keep then others away from him. I also showed the fish doing fine incase someone can spot anything on them.

the one under the powerhead looks like the bully. Anyway to separate them? An eggcrate wall maybe?

Well, the two in that picture get along. I have moved the battered one away, that's the one in the white mesh pics

Well, he passed pretty quick. Hopefully it wasn't velvet as I am in the middle of my second prazi dose before copper.

I’ve had all female batches of anthias squabble and do damage to one another. I had to separate them.
