Anthias like small food and they like movement. They can also be tricky to get to eat sometimes.

Increase circulation and use something like calanus or cyclops which is more closely to what they eat. Calanus really works well on these types of fish.
Fish eggs can also work good or nutramar ova can also get finicky fish to eat.
Drop it in the current so it is moving and it is more likely to cause the fish to strike.
You can eventually try getting them onto flake. Good news is Lyretails are probably the easiest anthias to get to eat and easiest to get onto flake.

Fish Smoothie: get a variety of frozen fish cubes, especially cyclops as @shred5 posted, along with mysis, seaweed, chopped clams, brine shrimp, coral mix, etc. Place into a tupperware in the fridge and allow to "slump". Drain/strain off excess water. Mix and add a few drops of vitamins like Selcon, Zoecon, etc. Mix. It will stay fresh in your fridge for a few days. The fish will love it. Small feedings into the flow will do the trick.
