I placed a WTB for some chalices that Matt responded to. We agreed on a deal, and I paypaled on June 15th. Matt did not contact me regarding shipping or anything until I pmed him asking about shipping. He promised to send them a few times, but never did, never sent a tracking number, and has stopped responding to pms. Obviously not an honest guy to deal with. I have opened a PayPal dispute, which should be easy since goods were promised, paid for, and never delivered. There's no excuse for people like this.

Hey Ghostman, on the 15th you purchased the pack I offered you in the WTB form and I told you I would need to cut everything and let it heal. I sent you updated picture of what you purchased on 7/5 and you where happy with everything, on 7/13 at 3 o'clock you asked when can we ship at 9 o'clock you filed a complaint and left this. I'm very sorry I was not on at that time frame to handle this matter. I can ship any time you would like monday-wensday.

Most of Matt's response is incorrect and lacks details. There were many pms in that time that discussed shipping and lack of communication on m and m's part. It is true that I was happy with photos, but that was also supposed to be the ship date as well. That's what your pms say. I don't want to publicly air our transactions, I just want my money back, or the frags that were supposed to be shipped on 7/5. I am sympathetic to knee surgery as I am a doctor, but would be more apt to believe it if I heard about it before I filed a complaint.

Well, just to update. Matt did contact me, and we worked everything out. I did receive my corals plus a few extras for the troubles. It's unfortunate that I ordered at a time when Matt had some health issues to attend to. Body and family do come first, so I can appreciate taking care of that first. I wish him well.
